Delivery and Shipping
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FISH ORDER?
We aim to send the fish you have ordered out to you without delay. If for any reason the fish is not in stock or not fit for sale we will contact you as soon as possible, we will advise on when the fish would be available or give the option for a full refund.
Our courier offer an overnight delivery service to arrive Next working day before noon. We will need a confirmed delivery date from customers before we are able to send fish out. Please make sure someone is home to accept the delivery of the fish.
We can deliver to Mainland UK however, our courier is currently unable to deliver to all parts of Scotland so please get in touch first before purchasing any fish.
Outside mainland UK please get in touch for prices, Thank you.
We are able to offer delivery for Tuesday to Friday, orders will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 1PM.
The cost of delivery is dependent on the value of the order.

FISH DELAYED IN TRANSIT
If there is for any reason a delay in you receiving the fish please do not worry too much from the fishes point of view as we have packed and cared for them to allow for anything that may cause a hold up in you receiving them on time.
